OrynIQ runs on Microsoft Azure with data encrypted in transit and at rest using TLS and AES-256. ServiceNow credentials get an additional layer of encryption. They are unlocked only in the moment they're needed to call your instance, never stored or logged in plaintext.
Multi-factor authentication is required for admin users, and every screen and API call enforces role-based access scoped to your account. Your data stays cleanly separated from every other customer's, with no path through the platform to cross that line.
Your data is never used to train AI models. That's contractually enforced with our model provider, and OrynIQ runs no learning loop of its own. The agent works from aggregated platform health signals rather than individual records. Any change it proposes to your ServiceNow instance has to be approved by one of your admins before it happens.
Customer admins can switch off AI processing for their tenant from the OrynIQ admin console. One toggle, no support ticket, no waiting period. While disabled, every AI feature (chat, audits, customization analysis, remediation proposals, narrative generation) is locked out, in-flight Anthropic batches are cancelled, and every toggle plus every denied AI call is written to your activity log for audit evidence. Re-enabling is just as fast.
Every login, configuration change, and AI-driven action is logged, traceable, and reviewable. Internal audits, compliance checks, and change reviews become a matter of pulling the log instead of reconstructing the timeline by hand.
